Strength training in Skopje, programmed properly
Progressive barbell and free-weight training in the Bravo7 strength zone, coached by IFBB Licensed Fitness Coach Erion Hamiti. The aim is measurable strength on the main lifts, built with technique first and load added on a plan rather than on a feeling.
What's included
Main lift coaching
Squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press and hinge variations coached rep by rep until the pattern holds under load.
Progressive overload plan
Sets, reps and load mapped across weeks so each block builds on the last instead of restarting.
Strength benchmarks
Baseline numbers taken at the start and re-tested, so progress is a number and not an impression.
Accessory and weak-point work
Targeted work for the positions that limit your main lifts.
Full free-weight zone
Racks, platforms, barbells and dumbbells in a dedicated strength area.
Recovery structure
Training frequency and rest planned around your week so you can repeat hard sessions.

Frequently asked questions
Is strength training only for experienced lifters?
No. Beginners often progress fastest because technique is coached from the first session, before load becomes the focus.
Will strength training make me bulky?
Strength training builds force production and dense muscle. How much size you gain depends mostly on your nutrition, which we plan alongside the training.
How often should I train for strength?
Two to four sessions a week works for most people. The exact number is set from your schedule and recovery.
Can I combine strength with conditioning?
Yes. Many members pair strength blocks with functional or CrossFit-style conditioning, arranged so the two do not undercut each other.
