Kickboxing Conditioning

Kickboxing conditioning for real fitness

Kickboxing-style conditioning at Bravo7 Fitness uses striking technique, footwork and round-based work as a training tool. The goal is conditioning, coordination and athleticism — this is fitness-focused training, not competitive fight preparation.

What's included

Technique fundamentals

Stance, guard, footwork and basic punch and kick mechanics taught from zero.

Bag and pad rounds

Round-based work that builds work capacity while keeping technique honest.

Conditioning blocks

Interval structures that raise cardiovascular fitness without long, dull cardio sessions.

Core and mobility

Rotational strength and hip mobility work that supports striking mechanics.

Coached intensity

Rounds, rest and effort managed so intensity stays productive.

No contact required

Training runs on bags and pads; sparring is not part of the conditioning program.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need striking experience?

No. Most people start with none. Technique is taught from the basics before intensity is added.

Is there sparring?

No. The program is bag and pad based conditioning, not competitive fight training.

What equipment do I need?

Gloves and wraps. We can advise on what to buy before your first session.

Is it a good way to lose fat?

It is effective conditioning, and it works best for body composition when combined with strength training and nutrition guidance.
