Do I need a gym to work with Erion?
No. Online plans work at home, in a hotel or in any commercial gym, because Erion builds the program around the gear you have.
How long until I see results?
Most clients notice changes in 4 to 6 weeks. After 12 weeks the difference is clear, as long as you stay consistent.
What's included in online coaching?
A training plan built for you, nutrition guidelines and weekly check-ins. In addition, you get video form reviews and direct messaging with Coach Erion.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Transformation packages run 8, 12 or 16 weeks, however, because that time is what delivers the result.
